Remodeling of a medical facility in Elgin, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
Removal of existing roof, insulation, and membrane, and replacement with new insulation and membrane on existing metal deck. Existing stone coping to be covered with sheet metal coping. Remove the existing roof shingles and replace them with new ones. Replace Roofing System at Elgin Mental Health Center, Kane County, State of Illinois. MBE/WBE Subcontracting and Supplier Goals Apply. Special instruction requires attendees to check in at the FTP (Forensic Treatment Program) building due to security protocols before proceeding to the Dietary Building for any meeting. Allow additional time for security screening process. Project delivery method is Single Trade. PLA is applicable. Location is 750 S. State Street (Rt.31), Dietary Building. Plans are available from BHFX Elgin with a plan deposit required.
