The work to be completed for the Atlanta Street & Mitchell Street Drainage Project consists of grading and site work improvements, including but not limited to demolition work, curb and gutter installation, site grading (requiring import fill), concrete driveways, gravel/crusher run, rip-rap placement, erosion control, traffic control, and other miscellaneous work. Sealed bids are to be submitted, and no bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the closing time for receipt of bids. Contractors must be licensed by the State of Georgia. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, as well as the bid of any bidder deemed unqualified or not in the best interest of the project. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. The person submitting the request shall do so in writing and be responsible for its prompt delivery.
