The City is soliciting sealed, separate Bid Proposals to provide services and/or miscellaneous materials for maintenance, repair, and/or construction activities. Services include, but are not limited to, asphalt paving services, asphalt surface treatments and micro-surfacing services, cold milling of asphalt and concrete pavement, removal of concrete pavement/walkways, construction of concrete pavement/walkways, and miscellaneous materials. Selected proposers may be called upon to provide these services if the City determines there is a need, including situations where there is insufficient time to solicit further quotes or bids. All proposals must be completed on the provided Bid Forms and submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Proposer and the 2026 City Services Bid, addressed to the Office of the City Clerk. Proposals must comply with the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS" included in the electronic Bid Packet. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to make an award in any manner consistent with Mississippi law that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
