Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The work consists of renovation and reconstruction of portions of an existing District Warehouse facility. The scope includes demolition of existing features such as stoops, siding, pavement, and doors; civil site work including grading, asphalt paving, erosion control, and utility installation; concrete placement; Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU) repair; installation of doors, windows, and louver screens; and electrical and mechanical system installation as specified in the solicitation documents. The contractor shall include all direct and indirect costs, including profit, risk, and contingency, to perform the required work. Any areas used by the contractor within DoD property must be restored to original or improved condition as determined by the Contracting Officer upon completion. The contractor will begin work upon receipt of contract award and complete the project within 180 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. Location: District Warehouse Building 55, 9501 John J Pershing Dr, Omaha, NE 68112. The estimated construction cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
