Remodeling of a municipal facility in West Covina, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 5,349-square-foot municipal facility.

The awarded contractor agrees to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform removal and replacement of carpet flooring at the West Covina DMV Field Office. The office has approximately 3,846 square feet of carpet tile and 1,503 square feet of vinyl composition tile. The contractor is responsible for field verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions. The bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services as a Certified Small Business. The bidder shall possess a valid C-15 contractor license issued by the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractors State License Board. All subcontractors must possess all applicable contractor licenses for the work they perform. The names and license numbers of all subcontractors must be included in the bid documents. All licenses must be in good standing from the time of bid opening through the term of the contract.
