Site work, remodeling and addition to an educational facility in Willamina, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The project consists of, but is not limited to, two new single-story vestibule additions, a single-story new classroom wing with mezzanine, various remodels, and site improvements. The scope of work includes but is not limited to Specification Divisions 00 through 33. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for selective demolition, concrete, wood carpentry, miscellaneous carpentry, and siding. These bids will be turned in two hours earlier to the owner's representative. All bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the existing building and site conditions. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a public works bond. This is a prevailing wage project and shall follow the required rates of pay. Triplett Wellman, acting as the CM/GC, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any bid not in compliance with bid documents, and reject for good cause any bid that would be in the owner's best interest.
