The scope of work is assigned in SECTION 01 12 00 of the Project Manual and contains all work for this project contractor. The bid package includes prime contracts for Demolition, General Trades, Plumbing, and Electrical. Bidders must submit all questions or RFIs in writing prior to the specified deadline. All bids must be received by the indicated deadline and must include a 10% bid security. Successful bidders must provide a Performance/Payment Bond and a Certificate of Insurance with requirements as specified in the Project Manual. BID PACKAGE for this construction project is for following prime contracts A01 Demolition A02 General Trades A03 Plumbing A04 Electrical The Project is divided into multiple prime contracts. This Section includes a summary of each contract, including responsibilities for coordination and temporary facilities and controls. Summaries are guidelines only, intended to assist Bidders in developing their Bid. Additional work may be required for a complete project that may become evident by a thorough review and analysis of the Bidding Documents.
