Site work for a civil project in Danville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work, in general, consists of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment, to install a new lift station, force main, gravity sewer and manholes in Hendricks County, Indiana. Work will include installation of approximately 2,800 feet of 8-inch force main by open cut and directional drill; approximately 4,000 feet of 18-inch gravity sewer, approximately 3,600 feet of 24-inch gravity sewer; a duplex lift station in 10-ft diameter wet well, valve vault, meter vault, manholes, air release valves associated site restoration, electrical and instrumentation and controls, and all related Work as shown in the Bid Documents. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of Drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 15 - Instructions to Bidders. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 15 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided in the Bid Documents. Bids shall include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013) included with the Bid Documents. As required by Bid Form 96, Section III, the Bidder shall submit a financial statement. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work and the Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work when and as contemplated therein. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Bid Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. Questions will be due in writing to the engineer, Karen Saavedra, PE (ksaavedra@structurepoint.com) no later than 5:00 PM on February 3, 2026. Any questions received afterward will not be responded to 01-08-26-2T
