Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The proposed construction will consist of: Ronald Reagan Parkway Phase 1B New Roadway Construction, From CR 750 N to CR 1000 N as more fully set forth in the Plans and Specifi cations. The work shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of this Notice, the General and Special Provisions, the Contract, and the Plans and Specifi cations for this project. Each bid shall be accompanied by the deposit of an acceptable certifi ed check or cashier's check payable to the Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County, Indiana or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and an approved surety company in an amount not less thanten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond with good and sufficient surety in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a payment bond equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; a maintenance bond for a period of one (1) year after completion of the project equal to twenty percent (20%) of the bid; and proof of insurance as specifi ed in the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hendricks County reserves the right to reject any/or all of the bids and/or waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding.
