CUESD RANCHO TEHAMA NEW CONSTRUCTION OF GYM BUILDING & SITEWORK LLB Scope of work includes the construction of a new gym/multipurpose room building with associated site work and ADA improvements. The Scope of Work will include: New construction of a wood framed and CMU building on a concrete slab foundation with exterior stucco, storefront windows systems, hollow metal doors & frames, metal roof panels with a stand alone structural steel canopy system. The interior building components include electrical, data, fire alarm, HVAC, Air Balance, plumbing, insulation, drywall, paint, casework and countertops, acoustical t-bar ceilings, carpet & LVP flooring, epoxy flooring, tiling, toilet accessories and partitions, window shades / coverings, and signage. The sitework includes site demolition, earthwork / grading, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, handrails & guardrails, fencing & gates, landscaping & irrigation, site striping, survey, and erosion control. Construction schedule is slated for March 9,2026 through 12/31/2026. Bidders are instructed not to contact the District or Architect regarding this project and not to access the site without contacting United Building Contractors Inc. The project is pursuant to AB566 Skilled and Trained Work Force requirements, which all subcontractors must comply with. Participation of local and DVBE businesses is encouraged.
