BID FOR PRE-DEMOLITION CLEANOUT for 325 W. COLUMBIA ST. The City of Springfield, Ohio, will receive electronic bids for Pre-Demolition Cleanout for 325 W. Columbia St., ITB 26-09. Bids must be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit electronic bids. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit will be held at 325 W. Columbia St., Springfield, OH 45504. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend this meeting. Said work and each bid submitted shall comply strictly to the bid specifications. This project shall be subject to the State of Ohio Department of Commerce Prevailing Wage Rates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defect in a bid which does not materially alter the contract documents.
