The campus will remain occupied and operational throughout the project and strive to minimize the number and length of time that individual buildings will temporarily shutdown and vacated. The scope of services for Phase 1 of this project is as follows: Building #1 (Cottage): Bid Alternate Replace steam boiler system, air cooled chiller system and one outdoor air handling unit. Retrofit controls on the following existing equipment; (5) steam coils, (1) heat exchanger and crawlspace fan coil unit. Building #7 (Residential Unit): Base Bid Replace (3) wall hung boilers / associated hydronic specialties and (2) indoor multizone units. Includes conversion of multi-zone equipment to VAV with an estimated (16) VAV terminal unit zones. Building #8 (Cottage): Bid Alternate Replace (3) wall hung boilers / associated hydronic specialties and (5) split system condensing units / fan coil units. Building #9 (Residential Unit): Base Bid Replace (3) wall hung boilers / associated hydronic specialties, air cooled chiller system and (2) indoor multi-zone units.
