The proposed work is officially known as VILLAGE OF EAST DUNDEE, ILLINOIS, "LIONS PARK STORMWA TER DETEN TION",YEAR 2026. The proposed work consists of theconstruc tion of a stormwa ter deten tion facil ity, stormsewer removal and exten sions and other appur tenantwork. The proposed work consists of the construction of a stormwater detention facility, storm sewer removal and extensions, and other appurtenant work. Plans and proposal forms may be obtained electronically from GERALD L. HEINZ & ASSOCIATES, INC., by email request. A non-refundable plan deposit is required for each set of bidding documents issued. All proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank cashier's check, bank draft, or certified check for not less than five percent of the bid amount or as otherwise specified. The Village of East Dundee reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept the one in the best interest of the Village, and may waive informalities or technical irregularities in a proposal if it is in the best interest of the Village.
