Lunch and Shade Structures at five sites: Beechwood, Maple, Richman, Sunset Lane, and Woodcrest. The scope includes removal of existing structures only at Beechwood and Woodcrest, path of travel work, and miscellaneous work at all sites. USA Shade will be installing the structures. All work must be completed prior to July 17th, 2026. Bidders must submit sealed bids using the forms provided, possess a valid and active B - General Contractor license, and provide bid security of 10% of the total bid price. The successful bidder must furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. All bids must comply with prevailing wage laws. A mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held; attendance is required for bid eligibility. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder based on the total base bid plus a $50,000 allowance.
