The project generally includes: Replacement of existing metal building with a new precast concrete building Relocation of electrical controls to the new building Installation of VFDs on both pumps Replacement of all electrical cables, conduit, and wiring Upgrade to LED lighting (exterior and dry well) New float switches and transducer in a modified stilling well Replacement of: Bar screen and guiderail system Wet well blower (gravity vent) Check valves and discharge valves Existing fencing with new PVC fence Exterior painting of generator, steel mount, and davit crane Site regrading The work includes the furnishing of all labor, material and equipment necessary or required to complete all work set forth in these Specifications and shown on the Plans including replacement of metal building with new pre-cast concrete building ; relocate electrical controls in dry well to the new building ; install variable frequency drives (VFDs ) on both pumps ; replace all electrical cables , conduit , and wiring ; replace existing exterior and dry well light fixtures with LED light fixtures ; install new float switches for emergency generator and transducer in a modified stilling well ; replace bar screen and guiderail system; replace existing wet well blower with gravity vent ; paint exterior of generator and steel mount and davit crane ; replace check valve and discharge valve for pumps ; replace existing fence with new PVC fence ; and regrade the site .
