Site work and new construction of a power facility in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.
The project involves the installation of an Owner-furnished 4MW Diesel Generator with its enclosure and switchgear with its enclosure. The General Contractor will offload the equipment at the site and is responsible for constructing suitable concrete pads for mounting equipment and stairs, underground duct banks, grounding, connections to existing overhead lines, conduit, cabling, terminations, and providing assistance with startup and commissioning. All site preparation during construction, as detailed in the project documents, is included in the contractor's responsibilities. Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification is required. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
