The Sheridan-Grant County Regional Airport is soliciting statements of qualification for engineering services for various projects, which include airfield pavement rehabilitation/overlays, runway/taxiway extension, airfield lighting and NAVAIDs, parallel and connecting taxiways, property/avigation easement acquisition, safety area evaluation/corrections, environmental studies, drainage improvements/rehabilitations, surveys, roadway improvements/relocations, hangars/terminal building, geotechnical investigations, fuel system improvements, and security fencing. Services must be provided in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14 (as amended) and include all phases and incidental services for the listed projects as well as others that may arise, potentially funded by FAA and/or Arkansas Division of Aeronautics grants over the next five years. Selection criteria based on FAA Circular 150/5100-14 will be applied, focusing on consultant capability, key personnel qualifications, ability to meet schedules, project quality, interest and familiarity with the location, sub-consultant qualifications, ability to provide construction observers, understanding of project challenges, and capability for value engineering per FAA regulations. Selection will be based on submittals; fees will be negotiated with the selected consultant. The Contract Will Be for 3 Years With Two (2) Possible One (1) Year Extensions.
