The Springfield Water and Sewer Commission is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the supply of Liquid Chlorine, which will be used for the disinfection of treated municipal drinking water. The selected vendor(s) will provide Liquid Chlorine to the West Parish Filters, located at 1515 Granville Road, Westfield, MA, on an as needed basis throughout the term of this agreement. The contract will be for a one year period with a value not to exceed $500,000.00 per year. All bid responses must be submitted in accordance with the provided instructions. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if it is in the best interest of the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission to do so.
