Site work and paving for a road / highway in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway; and for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are invited for the ASPHALT REJUVENATION PROJECT. Each bidder is required to submit only one proposal unless alternate bid specifications are included. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, bank draft, or surety bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Each bid must include the full name and address of all parties interested in the bid, and for corporations, the names and addresses of the President and Secretary. Bidders must be registered in West Virginia. The Finance Director reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any portions of bids. E.E.O. Clause statements and non-discrimination provisions apply, including those related to disability, the Secretary of Labor's regulations, Executive Order 11246, the Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Envelopes should be clearly marked with "Inquiry #2738, Bids for Finance Director." Bids received late will be returned unopened and the City is not responsible for late deliveries. The general scope of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, machinery, tools, appurtenances, equipment, transportation, utility services, other special structures, and all other means necessary to construct and complete All questions must be made in writing and emailed to Adam Stout, PE at adam.stout@parkersburgwv.gov
