Sealed competitive proposals will be received for custodial services for the Quincy Police Department and a custodial contract for various City of Quincy facilities. The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals, and reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the city. Insurance is required, and prevailing wage is required. There will be a mandatory facilities tour for all bidders, which will begin at Quincy City Hall in the City Council Chambers before visiting all facilities. Proposals must be physically submitted.
