This project is an upgrade of the components of the video security system and addition of an access control system and AV system in the wardens conference room at Carson City Correctional Facility. The work includes, but is not limited to: installing cabling, security cameras, network switches, monitoring PCs, and servers/storage to support new and existing cameras; replacing and providing new camera monitoring PCs as specified; providing and installing a Genetec access control system, removing the existing access control system; providing and installing an AV system in the conference room; upgrading LCD displays and AV systems in the conference room and for monitoring PCs; providing costs to include license software for new cameras and new monitoring PCs through July 31, 2029; fully loading the latest Genetec software on the servers and PCs and upgrading all new and existing camera software to the latest compatible firmware; providing full documentation and as-builts of network connectivity and camera locations/numbers on red-lined PDF documents; adding access control to noted doors and updating door hardware; seeing specifications to determine the Genetec Integrator Scope (GIS); electrical updates including new UPS devices, removal of Horner Lighting Control, updating/replacing the large UPS for perimeter and admin buildings, providing and installing AC in the admin building comm rooms, updated grounding and bonding for perimeter cameras, new surge suppression devices, underground boring and trenching to new poles/camera locations, implementing Ground Penetrating Radar at all underground work areas, and hydrovac underground work. Bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity. Responses must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS with a maximum of two attachments. Approved emailed submissions must be received prior to the deadline to be considered responsive. Bid security of 5% is required.
