Olivehurst Public Utility District (OPUD) is seeking qualified and California State licensed contractors, electricians, and maintenance service providers to provide general facilities maintenance, pavement restoration, and repair services on an as-needed basis. The aim is to establish a reliable professional team capable of delivering high-quality, timely, and cost-effective maintenance across OPUD's public work facilities and infrastructure. Services will include routine and preventative maintenance, general building and facility repairs, street improvement repairs, emergency response services, and minor renovations and upgrades. Multiple Master Service Agreements (MSA) will be pursued with contractors to cover anticipated service needs throughout the District. Facilities include: all OPUD lift stations, water treatment facilities and well sites, the wastewater treatment plant, all parks, main office, fire station, youth center/pool, and all infrastructure within County Right-of-Way or PUE locations in Plumas Lake and Olivehurst.
