Description of Work: The Project consists of site, stormwater, and parking lot improvements to an existing commercial property at 204 North Street, Marquette, Iowa including storm sewer, excavation, aggregate base course, curb and gutter, sidewalk, hot mix asphalt pavement, and pavement striping.
