Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kewaunee, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work will include removal and replacement of 4,250 SY of asphalt pavement, 2,700 CY of crushed aggregate base course, 2,000 CY of common excavation/grading, 8,500 SF of concrete driveway/sidewalk, 2,300 LF of curb and gutter, 900 LF of sanitary sewer, 1,050 LF of watermain, 700 LF of storm sewer, landscape restoration, traffic control, and erosion control. Proposals must be submitted through the designated electronic bid service with all documents downloaded from the specified site. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond from a bonding company authorized to do business in Wisconsin in an amount equal to five percent of the proposal. The original bid bond must be delivered within 72 hours of bid opening. Bidders are required to follow wage rates and conditions as per Federal Davis-Bacon Act and other federal labor standards, and undertake specified affirmative efforts to contact MBEs, WBEs, and DBEs, with documentation of these contacts included in the bid. Bids must comply with American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements, and proposals shall not be withdrawn for 45 days after opening.
