Site work for a water / sewer project in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct the project, including approximately 1,650 linear feet of 8-inch and 12-inch diameter water main and appurtenances, surface restoration, and other associated items of work. The contractor is advised to visit the site prior to bidding. Paper copies of the Contract Documents are available at the office of the Principal Engineer, 1505 Railroad Avenue, West Des Moines, Iowa, 50265, upon receipt of a refundable deposit of $100.00 for each set. Refunds are based upon return of the Contract Documents in usable condition within 14 days of the award of contract. Paper copies are available by appointment only and will not be mailed.
