Cold In Place Recycling (CIR) County Highway F Wood County WI Cold In-place recycling pavement partial depth along the segment of County Road F between 17th Avenue and CTH HH. The contractor is to maintain the centerline. The road segment is 34 feet wide. Bidders may be asked to submit evidence of their qualifications to do this type of work in the state of Wisconsin prior to the award of the contract. Bids will not be accepted from any bidder listed on Wood County or the State of Wisconsin Disapproved, Suspended, and Debarred Contractors list or the Federal Excluded Parties List. Bidders shall submit bids in a separate sealed envelope for the contract to the Wood County Highway Department at 555 17th Avenue North, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495, or submit through Bid Express. Bids will be received during regular office hours until 10:00 AM (CST) on the specified date. Bids will be opened following the closing of bidding at 10:00 AM local time at the Wood County Highway Department, 556 17th Avenue North, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54495.
