The City of New Richmond is seeking competitive bids for the 2026 Sanitary Sewer reconstruction of pipelines and conduits by the installation of resin-impregnated flexible tube via a process commonly referred to as Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP). The purpose is to solicit proposals from various organizations, conduct a fair and extensive evaluation based on listed criteria, and select the organization who best fulfills the needs of the City of New Richmond. Sealed bids must be received by the specified deadline. All inquiries must be received by 12:00 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Questions for the city should be gathered into one email communication from the prospective bidder and submitted to the Water Superintendent: Dave Pufall (dpufall@newrichmondwi.gov).
