Proposals must be submitted electronically with the specified subject line. Proposals from vendors not registered on the City's Purchasing Webpage may be rejected. Vendors who receive this Invitation from a source other than the City should contact the City to ensure they are listed as a vendor for this bid. All proposals shall be submitted on the attached form and are to remain open for sixty days after opening. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
