Construct sidewalk on the south side of Aurora Avenue from the pond sidewalk by 109th/112th Street to 114th Street, including approximately 770 SY of PCC sidewalk and approximately 830 CF of Class 10 excavation, along with related items such as removals, restoration, traffic control, erosion control, and survey. The project must be fully completed by September 18, 2026. Bidders must file sealed proposals before the specified deadline and adhere to all requirements including submission of a Bidder Status Form, provision of a 100% performance bond, and compliance with nondiscrimination regulations. Contractors and subcontractors are not to include sales tax for material purchases and will receive a certificate of exemption. Preference will be given to products grown and coal produced within Iowa, and resident bidder preference laws apply. Payments will be made monthly at 97% of the work completed, with the remaining 3% paid upon satisfaction of all requirements. Contractor shall fully complete the project by September 18, 2026.
