Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Urbandale, Iowa. Conceptual plans call for site work for a golf course; bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The Urbandale Parks and Recreation Department is seeking a firm for design services for improvements to the Waterford Park Disc Golf Course. This project includes the expansion from thirteen (13) to eighteen (18) holes, the addition of a pedestrian bridge for disc golfers and small shelter.
