Demolition, site work and new construction of a conference / convention center in Norco, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 12,000-square-foot conference / convention center.
Professional architectural, engineering, and design services are sought for the demolition and reconstruction of The Hall, including site and ancillary improvements at 90 Sixth Street, Norco, CA. Submissions are requested from qualified and licensed architectural firms with expertise in preparing complete Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) for public works projects in California. The selected firm is to provide comprehensive professional services for the demolition of the existing structure and the design and construction of a replacement banquet facility. The scope of work includes preparing a complete PS&E package using the City's standard specifications, covering the design and construction of a new multi-purpose event venue of approximately 12,000 square feet, capable of banquet seating for about 500 persons and auditorium seating for about 700 persons. All necessary forms, specifications, and bid documents are available electronically through the City of Norco Vendor Portal.
