Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Norco, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as necessary and required to construct and install 42" High White Vinyl Equestrian trail fencing at various locations shown in the trail matrix and all related work to the satisfaction and acceptance of the City Engineer and Director of Public Works. Installation may require hand digging if utility conflicts are present. Removal of existing trail fencing is included in the bid items. Completion of the work is required within ninety (90) working days, with liquidated damages of $1,000 per working day. Bidders must submit sealed proposals electronically via the City of Norco's Bid and Vendor Portal. The City awards bids to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder and reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities. All contractors and subcontractors must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and comply with State labor laws, including payment of prevailing wages. A valid Class C-13 contractor’s license is required at the time the contract is awarded. The bid must include all costs necessary to complete the project. Bidders are responsible for verifying addenda before submission, must be familiar with site and conditions, and bids must be on the approved forms and submitted via the specified portal.
