CR#:2130647 Contract Term: 3 years State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry will receive sealed Bids for our 2026-2029 Term Contracts for Trades. These are three-year term contracts for time and material work and services for the following locations and trades categories: ESF Syracuse Campus, Heiberg Forest, Tully Forest and Lafayette Road Experiment Station (Onondaga County): 1. Mechanical/Plumbing, 2. Concrete/Masonry 3. Locksmith Bid date notes: Submission of two original executed copies of the Bid Form per trade category and all attachments specified in the Information to Bidders are required in a sealed envelope marked accordingly. In-person delivery Attn: Katherine Hobbs SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry Division of Sustainable Facilities and Operations Facilities Planning, Design & Construction 210 Physical Plant 307 Stadium Place Syracuse, NY 13210 Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders including completed Bid Form, proof of Minimum Qualification, New York State Finance Law 139-j and 139-k, Vendor Responsibility Questionnaire. For each proposal submitted, the following information will be read aloud: 1) name of contractor; 2) trade category for which they are bidding; and 3) the markup percentages entered on the Bid Form. SUNY ESF will review all bids and verify accuracy of minimum qualifications and submission of all required documents. Bidders will be formally notified of the official results in writing after the bid opening. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority and women-owned business enterprise and service disabled veteran owned business participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are required to make a good faith effort to meet diversity goals as follows: 30% MWBE, 6% SDVOB.
