Sequoia Union High School District ("District") is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, associations, or professional organizations to provide Structural Engineering Consulting services for forthcoming District's facility improvement projects. The need of this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ"), is to attain information that will allow the Sequoia Union High School District ("District") to pre-qualify a limited number of Consulting Firms ("Consultant") to provide Structural Engineering Consulting services ("Services") for and on behalf of the District on various facilities projects. If you have any questions regarding this RFQ please email tcrapo@seq.org before 2:00 p.m. on January 28, 2026. Questions must be submitted in writing. February 3, 2026 @ 2:00 PM Deadline for District to issue Addenda to answer questions/clarifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for design services is underway. District reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in received submittals. Further, District reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to negotiate contract terms with one or more respondent firms for one or more of the work items. District retains the sole discretion to determine issues of compliance and to determine whether a SOQ is responsive, responsible, and qualified
