The intent of this request for tender (RFT) is to engage a prequalified contractor to undertake the construction of the St. John XXIII Catholic School, 736 High Gate Park Dr., Kingston, in accordance with the Bid Documents. Only Bids received from the prequalified Bidders who have attended the Mandatory Site Meeting will be considered. All other bids shall be deemed non-compliant and will not receive further consideration. Construction access on site March 16, 2026 through to March 20, 2026, and start again June 29, 2026 through to August 21, 2026.
