Site work for a recreation facility in Sandersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a recreation facility.
The City of Sandersville is seeking proposals from qualified demolition contractors for the demolition of the old arcade building at 157 E. Church Street. The work includes complete demolition of the existing structure, salvage of brick materials as requested, removal and proper disposal of all debris, and rough and final site grading so the lot is left level and ready for paving. All work must comply with applicable regulations. Asbestos testing results are attached. Utility disconnections will be handled by the City, and permitting fees are completed through the City's Building and Zoning Department. The proposal should cover all labor, equipment, materials, disposal fees, grading, and paving as described. Bidders must submit three copies of their bid in a sealed envelope clearly marked "DEMOLITION & SITE PREPARATION PROPOSAL." The bid must include the total cost, estimated start date, a description of equipment features, warranty provided, and a completed W-9 Form. Questions must be submitted in writing, and will be answered by addendum posted on the City website.
