The City of Westfield is soliciting proposals for professional owner's project management services for the Waste Water Treatment Plant HVAC Replacement Project RFQ 26-026. The project manager will be responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and managing the construction project and other related activities to ensure conformance with Massachusetts General Laws, as well as the Owner's established schedule and budget. Applicants are expected to demonstrate successful experience with projects of similar magnitude in Massachusetts in the recent past. The City of Westfield reserves the right to reject any or all bids wholly or in part, waive technicalities and informalities, amend and/or cancel the bid prior to opening, make awards in the manner deemed best for the City, and correct any awards made in error due to clerical mistakes.
