Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Chicago Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work comprises furnishing a new centrifugal lift pump for the Chicago Heights lift station building #5, together with all appurtenant, incidental, and associated work. Bidders must comply with the provisions of the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570) as applicable. Any changes to the bid documents will be issued as Addenda to all plan holders. The Bidding and Contract Documents, including Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Agreement, General Provisions, General Specifications, and Addenda (if any), may be examined at the District office. Copies of these documents may be obtained from the District office free of charge. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informalities, and accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interests of the District after examination and canvassing of all bids.
