Project Locations: Big Basin Redwoods State Park, 21600 Big Basin Hwy, Boulder Creek, CA 95006 and Seacliff State Beach, 201 State Park Road, Aptos, CA 95003 The purpose of this contract is to make road improvements including slurry seal, patching, and stripping to up to three (3) sites listed under Site Locations in the attached bid booklet. Work to be performed throughout the Santa Cruz District, within Santa Cruz County. Contractor to make road improvements including slurry seal, patching, and culvert replacement to three sites on State Parks property in the Santa Cruz District. One segment of gated County Road but no structures will be minimally impacted at Big Basin while two State-owned parking lots adjoining a segment of County Road will be impacted at Seacliff State Beach. Other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. License(s) Required: A or C-12 Earthwork and Paving Contractors License, The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 6%.
