**As of May 26th, 2026, the project was awarded to Narrow Path Engineering, Inc but the awarded amount is not available.** The work consists of backflow replacement and relocation at various sites. Bids must be signed and accompanied by the required securities and submitted on forms provided by the District. A contractor must hold a California type A, or C-36 license and be registered with the CA Department of Industrial Relations. All contractors and subcontractors are required to pay at least the specified prevailing wage rates to their workers. The District is seeking Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation on this bid. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding, and be the sole judge of the merit, quality, and acceptability of the labor and materials proposed, as well as their compliance with the plans and specifications.
