The United States Coast Guard is seeking quotations from qualified electrical contractors for shore-side electrical construction in support of USCG Cutter WYACONDA located in Dubuque, Iowa. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and documentation necessary to install a three-phase buck-boost transformer between the utility metering point and the shore tie receptacle. The contractor shall coordinate with the Coast Guard. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. This is a small business set aside. Contractors must be active on https://www.sam.gov. Offerors are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. All work shall be coordinated through the designated Point of Contact (POC).
