Asbestos abatement, lead-based paint removal, disposal, and firestopping services shall be provided under an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to perform abatement and related remediation work throughout the facility, including coordination of all activities to minimize disruption to hospital operations. All work must be executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and required work hour limitations, and performed in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, staff, and visitors within an active medical center environment.
