Renovation of a municipal facility in Wheeling, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Replacement of HVAC units at various locations. The scope includes all equipment, materials, labor, training, warranties, and construction and/or installation services necessary to implement the construction. Bid proposals must be received via online electronic bids through QuestCDN. The Village of Wheeling anticipates awarding the contract to the lowest responsible bidder and reserves the right to waive irregularities or reject all bids. Bid security of 10% is required. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds covering the full amount of the contract and comply with all applicable Illinois and federal public works project requirements, including the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. All bidders are required to attend and participate in a mandatory pre-bid conference. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 3:00 PM CT : Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bid Documents shall make a written request to the Village or its designated representative at least seven (7) prior to the date for the receipts of the Bids.
