No definite date for the rebid.** Reference Number 0000411320 The project will renovate two specific Fox Hollow Golf Course holes, those being Canyon six and Links 23. Working with the guidance of Superintendent of Golf Courses and Golf Course architect when/where appropriate. The aforementioned holes, in general, have performed well over some 30+ years but have since lost aesthetics, presented agronomics/economic challenges and impacted playability. This effort will complete a series of ongoing hole-bunker renovations from seven years ago under the efforts of original golf course architect Denis Griffiths. The primary goal(s) is to reduce the existing bunker(ing) by approximately 25-30% without sacrificing the overall "feel/look" of a tremendously solid design. Golf Course Architect Mr. Thad Layton has been procured for this final-conclusive phase. The project is to be completed within Forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated March 2, and the work shall conclude by April 20, 2026. A Bid Guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with SECTION 00 21 13 INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS - 1.06 BID GUARANTY. An original Bid Guaranty with accompanying Power of Attorney must be provided to the City of Lakewood Finance Operations Division, 480 S. Allison Pkwy., Lakewood, CO 80226, within forty-eight (48) hours of the date of the City's Notice of Intent to Award. Bid Guaranty must be received prior to any Bid award.
