Two of the existing five boilers are currently operational and parts from the non-operational units have been taken to support maintenance and operation of the two functioning units. The existing boilers are 1995 vintage and are 2,100 MBH input / 1,722 MBH output units, each with a minimum input rate of 420 MBH (5:1 turndown). The work shall include, but is not limited to the following:BID PACKAGE 1: Boiler 1: A. Furnish labor and materials to replace the currently operating boiler identified as 'Boiler 1' with an equivalent system while also providing any additional retrofitting and/or upgrades to existing infrastructure to allow proper functionality.
