Provides repair, replacement, modification, and modernization services for collaboration spaces, classrooms, conference rooms, Video Teleconference (VTC) rooms, digital workplaces, and similar workspaces. Supports projects that enhance audio, visual, and digital systems as DEVCOM-AC advances its modernization and collaboration capabilities. Work includes repairing, upgrading, and installing commercial electronic equipment such as projectors, A/V control systems, displays, speakers, microphones, VTC systems, digital signage, and integrated conference room furniture. Many systems involve proprietary hardware requiring qualified technicians and engineers experienced with specific manufacturers. Includes upgrades and new system installations requiring written quotations, repair sequences with schedules, and submittals for major components. All work must be coordinated with the Contracting Officers Representative and facility representatives. The contractor provides all required materials, tools, and test equipment except desktop and laptop computers, and may not substitute components without prior approval. Documentation requirements include providing all warranty information, service records detailing labor hours and materials used, and immediate reporting of system deficiencies before departing the site.
