Repair, maintenance, modification, and replacement of security alarm systems, access control systems, and Building Management Systems supporting office spaces, energetic magazines, Arms Rooms, conference areas, VTC rooms, and similar workspaces. Work includes handling systems and configurations such as RS2 access control systems with chip and proximity card technology, DAQ alarm and intrusion detection systems, Delta building management systems, and automated gate systems for roads, parking lots, and walkways. All repairs and modifications must be performed by technicians and engineers qualified to work with the specific manufacturers and proprietary equipment in use across the installations. Upgrades, modifications, and installation of new systems require written quotations, scheduled repair sequences, and submittals for major components. Work must be coordinated in advance with the COR and facility representatives, with the contractor providing all necessary parts, components, tools, and test equipment, except for desktop and laptop computers. Substitution of non-manufacturer components is prohibited without prior approval. Documentation must include warranty information, updated service and repair records with labor and material details, and notification of any deficiencies before leaving the site.
