ids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond, cashier's check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner, as detailed in the Contract Documents, as well as the following documents: Bid Form, Bid Bond Security, List of Designated Subcontractors, Sufficient Funds Declaration, Non-Collusion Declaration, and Iran Contracting Act Certification as outlined in the "Instruction to Bidders". Bids for this Single Prime Project will be received for the following base bid item, interior building finish upgrades and site improvements. Deductive alternate no. 1 deletes a portion of new concrete masonry wall and replaces it with chain link fencing. The contract time shall be 75 Calendar days from the Notice of Award anticipated by March 24th, 2026. CONTRACTOR should consult the agreement form regarding any milestones and Liquidated Damages. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the Contract Sum.
