This project will take an existing recycled asphalt lot and upgrade it with full curb, gutter, hot mix asphalt and drainage connections. The scope of this project is approximately 60,000 SQFT of new asphalt and 1,200 LFT of new concrete curb and gutter. Schedule will be spring or summer of 2026 pending award of construction.
