The area of work within Hill Hall covers approximately 3,700 sf, including flat and tiered classrooms. There will be some infill required for the tiers. Stratton Hall was classrooms account for approximately 3,200 sf, and will include refreshing existing rooms, and combining rooms to accommodate modern learning styles. The primary area of work is garden-level and will be addressed accordingly as part of refining the scope. The A/E services required include (but are not limited to) program verification, design, Construction Documents and construction administration.
